Current Forest Age-Class Distribution of the Cranbrook Timber Supply Area
Spatial distribution of forest age-classes on the landbase before application of the SELES natural disturbance model for the Cranbrook Timber Supply Area (TSA).
Currently the Cranbrook TSA is dominated by intermediate-aged forests, particularly age-class 4 (61 - 80 yrs; 29% of forested landbase). There is also a strong representation of age-class 8 (141 - 250 yrs; 21% of forested landbase).
